Establishment of the Serbian Asphalt Paving Association (SAPA/DAS)

In July 2025, the Serbian Asphalt Paving Association (SAPA/DAS) was established. – a voluntary, non-governmental, and non-profit organization that brings together companies and professionals involved in the production, laying, and development of asphalt mixtures and technologies. The Association’s mission is to advance the asphalt industry and road infrastructure in Serbia through the application of modern technologies, the exchange of professional knowledge, the development of professional standards, and the adoption of best domestic and international practices in this field. Through cooperation with institutions, research organizations, and the wider professional community, the Association will promote the development of sustainable and high-quality road infrastructure in Serbia. In the period ahead, the Association is expected to intensify its activities by expanding its membership, organizing professional events, and strengthening its role in promoting and advancing the asphalt industry in Serbia.
